(a) These rules are adopted under 20 V.S.A. Chapter 173, Subchapter 2 “Fire Safety Division”, Subchapter 3 “Fire Hazards and Dangerous Substances”, Subchapter 5 “Boilers and Pressure Vessels” and Chapter 177 “Explosives and Fireworks”, and shall be known and cited as the Vermont Fire & Building Safety Code - 2015.
