Grievance Resolution Procedure
The person handling the grievance may refer it to an external, independent person for investigation or conciliation. This may occur if it is the only way to ensure that the grievance is handled with absolute impartiality and/or the appropriate level of skill. 5.3 Record keeping Each step of the grievance procedure except Step 1 must be documented.
