Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
This Information and Communication Technology Training of Trainers manual was initially developed for the Peace Corps in June 1999 by Zoey L. Breslar in collaboration with Kelly J Morris, a Peace Corps program specialist in information technology. The manual has undergone a period of field testing and refinement to bring it to its current state.
