KAPA Library Quantification Kit Platforms
• ®KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Master Mix (2X), available with various passive reference dyes (Table 1). Library quantification is performed by amplifying the set of six pre-diluted DNA Standards and diluted library samples by qPCR, using the KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Master Mix and primers targeting the Illumina P5 and P7 flow cell oligo sequences.

rochesequencingstore.comKAPA HiFi HotStart DNA Polymerase is a B-family DNA polymerase, engineered to have increased affinity for DNA, without the need for accessory proteins or DNA binding domains. The intrinsic high processivity of the enzyme results in significant improvement in yield, speed and sensitivity when compared with wild-type B-family DNA polymerases.
