Legal Issues in e-Commerce
United Nations Commission on International TradeLaw (UNCITRAL) has begun work on a project that may lead to the development of international legal rules in identity management. UNCITRAL (model law) as and when finalized would serve to address these issues/risks and to bring global harmony about Identity Management.
