Never try to force the plastics part. • Avoid sharp “internal” corners. The radius of curvature should be at least 1 mm. Refer to figure 1. • To avoid chipping the edges during turning, boring or milling, chamfered edges are advantageous, providing a smoother transition between the cutting tool and the plastics work. Refer to figure 2.
