MEDIUM-TERM STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK 2019–20249 The five-year NDP implementation roadmap contains short-, medium- and long-term goals and interventions. We have set ourselves outcomes, indicators, baselines and targets in this MTSF 2019-2024 to provide a clear framework for monitoring implementation by all spheres of government.
