the use of BIMtechnology is optional for projectsduring the stage of preparing Technical Feasibility Statement (TFS) . However, WDs should adopt mandatory BIM uses in certain applications in the investigation, feasibility and planning stage after TFS ha s been approved in accordance with the Financial Circular No. 7/2017.
