Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service
medicines optimisation service by primary care networks (PCNs). This document sets out implementation guidance for PCNs, including the principles of undertaking a SMR. 1.2 The Network Contract DES Specification requires PCNs to have due regard to this guidance when delivering the SMR and medicines optimisation service.
