Person Centred Planning
Person centred planning is used by self-advocat es, families, friends and paid support staff. When someone wants to think her life using person centred planning, they may have the energy and drive to ensure that her plan happens themselves. There are booklets that self -advocates can use themselves, or w ith some help.
