Pre-employment Health Screening Policy and Procedure
Pre-employment health screening must be carried out before an offer of employment is made. The new employee will not commence work until all checks are completed and they are presumed fit to work. Pre-employment health screening will in no way detract from the role and responsibilities of the Manager in staff recruitment.
