Reflective Practice and Self-Directed Learning
Reflective practice promotes self-awareness and encourages a re-thinking of not only practices and skills, but of values and assumptions. For some, engaging in reflective practice may lead to new learning and transforming practice. For others, the critical lens and collaborative work of reflective practice may reveal forgotten strengths and skills.
