SAMPLE HANDLING GUIDELINES
Relinquish the Chain of Custody. Place in ziplock bag with any other documents and place on top of closed plastic bag. Close cooler. Tape around the cooler, top to bottom, several times on both sides to keep the cooler closed and prevent leakage. Sign and date the custody seal and any shipping labels required for transport, and affix to the cooler.
