Roof inspection may be limited by access, condition, weather, or other safety concerns. Snow on the roof prevented an inspection. Please contact me when the snow has cleared so that I can schedule a date and time to inspect the roof. Please also refer to the pre-inspection contract for a detailed explanation of the scope of this inspection.
