Requirements for drivers under 21 Drivers under the age of 21 are prohibited from operating vehicles or trucks that transport hazardous materials. Licensing Employees who drive on company business must have a current, valid license for the vehicles they drive. Licenses will be photocopied and kept in employees’ files.
