4. Interior sub-flooring shall be 4’x8’x3/4” tongue and groove plywood, fir specie. Glued and nailed. Sub-flooring shall be sufficiently smooth and flat to allow flooring materials, such as carpet , vinyl, ceramic, and hardwood to be installed directly overtop the basefloor.
