Stainless steels

stainless steels are steels with at least 10,5 % of chromium and maximum 1,2 % of carbon [see EN 10020:2000, definition 3.2.2] They are further subdivided in accordance with their main property into corrosion resisting steels, heat resisting steels and creep resisting steels
