TennCare Managed Care Benefit Packages
Dec 29, 2021 · The card that you get from your health plan or MCO (Managed Care Organization), may have a letter on the front. The letter is called a Benefit Indicator. Check the front of your health plan card. The letter, A - M will tell you what kind of care TennCare covers for you. It also tells your doctors what kind of care is covered for you.
