this method of fasting. I had read about the fast in a book about Christian Fasting and so I used it for 21 days. Later I found many people using the fast at the beginning of the New Year, and so I started consecrating the first part of the New Year with a period of prayer and fasting using the Daniel Fast as my preferred method of fating.
