Exposure Definitions • Exposure C: “Except in the high velocity hurricane zone, the area which lies within 1500 feet of the coastal construction control line, or within 1500 feet of the mean high tide line, whichever is less, exposure category C shall be applicable in the coastal building zone set for in the s. 161.55(5), Florida Statutes.”
