Tip Sheet: Courageous Conversation
There are many ways of referring to dialogues and discussions that involve openness to learning – crucial conversations, hard conversations, open-to-learning conversations, constructive problem talk. Susan Scott has coined the term fierce conversations. In her book by the same title, she describes the characteristics of such conversations.
