UCAS TERMS EXPLAINED

GCSE – is the abbreviated term for the General Certificate of Secondary Education – an academic qualification taken by students aged 14– 16 in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Graduate – a student who has completed and graduated from an undergraduate course – they can now apply for postgraduate courses.
