Virginia E-ZPass Customer Agreement AGREEMENT Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the E-ZPass Customer Service Center (Service Center) agrees to provide a Transponder (Standard E-ZPass or E-ZPass Flex) to the User who in turn may use it to obtain passage on toll roads accepting E-ZPass.
