Static Pressure is the resistance to airflow (friction) caused by the air moving through a pipe, duct, hose, filter etc. Static Pressure is rated in inches wa-ter gauge (inWG) or the metric equivalent, millimeters wa-ter gauge (mmWG). 1 inWG = 25.4 mmWG. The airflow given in our catalogue is at free air i.e. at 0 static pressure.
