2 The format can be used as well to describe development projects to bereviewed for grant applications, and for state or federal environmental review Sample write -up describes the Rehabilitation of a small urban residence. While the specificsof this hypothetical Rehabilitation may not be directly applicable for all development projects, theformat, language, and depth can guide most such descriptions. The left-hand blocks identify eachelement of the building and describe the existing condition of the elements.
