The Kronos Companion website allows managers and Kronos users to complete the following account-related tasks: Unlock your personal Kronos account Update your language preference in Kronos Update an employee s language preference in Kronos Kronos mobile : Enable Kronos mobile for hourly employees in your profit center Kronos mobile : Unlock an employee s Kronos mobile account Kronos mobile : Remove access to the Kronos mobile app for a specific employee.
2 How to Access the Kronos Companion website 1. Go to 2. Enter your Aramark network username and password. Then click Sign In. How to unlock your personal Kronos account After 3 incorrect login attempts, Kronos will lock your account. Your username is your Aramark email address. If you do not remember your network password, please visit to reset it. If you know your network password (or just recently reset it) but Kronos is still locked, follow these steps: 1. If your account is locked, you will see an alert as soon as you sign in. Click on the here link to answer a few security questions.
3 2. Enter your date of birth and employee ID. 3. Click Unlock Account. 4. A message will indicate that your account has been unlocked and the red alert will no longer be on the screen. 5. If you prefer to view information in a different language, it can be changed by updating your account settings.
4 Note: This section applies to employees who have a Kronos user account that is accessed using an Aramark network username and password. Employees without a user account will need to have their language updated by a manager. 1. Click My Account in the upper-right corner and select Preferences. 2. Select your preferred language from the list of options. Only the listed options are available. 3. Click Save Changes. The selected language will now display in the areas listed below. Note: Only Kronos -specific text will be updated. Employee and location names will not be translated.

It will switch to your preferred language only after you log in and will switch back to the default once you log out. 6 Employees who would like to view information in a different language can have their preferred language updated by a manager. Note: This section explains how to update a preferred language for hourly employees who do not have a Kronos account that is accessed using an Aramark network username and password. Managers with a Kronos account can update their own language preference. 1. Click Employee Settings in the left-hand panel. You will see a list of all employees who you have access to in Kronos . 2. Search for the employee by either scrolling down the page or using the filter section.
7 You can search by first name, last name, or employee ID. 3. Click the drop-down in the Language Preference column and select a language. Only the listed options are available. 4. Your changes will be immediately saved. The language the employee sees after they clock in using a Kronos clock will be updated, if applicable. The language displayed in the Kronos mobile app will be updated, if applicable. Note: Only Kronos -specific text will be updated. Employee and location names will not be translated. 2 1 3 LM_KronosCompanion_Job Aid - Page 4 of 7 How to enable Kronos mobile for hourly employees in your profit center In addition to being available to all managers, access to the Kronos mobile app is also offered to hourly employees.
8 A profit center must be enabled for Kronos mobile for hourly employees to be able to sign in. This tool gives mangers with access to an entire profit center(s) in Kronos the ability to enable Kronos mobile for their profit center(s). 1. Click PC Details in the left-hand panel. You will see a list of all profit centers where you have full access. o If you do not see PC Details in the menu, or do not see all of you profit centers, you do not have the required level of access in Kronos . Changes to Kronos access are completed by submitting a Kronos Security Request Form.
9 2. The Kronos mobile Status column displays whether the profit center has Kronos mobile enabled for hourly employees. 3. To enable Kronos mobile for a profit center, click on the toggle in the Kronos mobile Status column. The toggle will show as Enabled and the row will be highlighted yellow. Repeat for all profit centers that you d like to enable. 4. Click Save Changes. 5. A confirmation screen will show the profit center(s) you are about to enable. Click Save Changes if you d like to proceed. You will see a blue spinner while the system is setting up employees in the profit center(s), which can take up to a few minutes.
10 An email will be sent to you and the profit center manager once the process is completed. Note: Once enabled, Kronos mobile may not be disabled for a profit center using this website. 6. Once all employees are setup, a green confirmation will display at the top of your screen. An email will also be sent to you and the profit center manager.
