Please check that the Browser is having the PDF Reader plugin installed you are able to open and view .pdf files in your browser. Solution2 : Receipt can also be obtained using the Queries and View Receipts in Merchant Tools . Cashier is to collect the invoiced cash and cheques using Option 16 Agents Invoice Amt Collection . Important : Please note that Invoice updation will not happen if the amount is collected as normal MR Collection and not using the Option 16 as stated above. Empowered Agents Invoice Collection requires the following Inputs which are available in the Printed copy of the Invoice.

7 INVOICE ID , MERCHANT ID , INVOICE DATE, VALIDATION ID On successful query the Agency Code, Name of Empowered agent , Cash and No of Cheques are displayed .Cashier can now proceed with the Collection of the Cheque. Q3: Branch not able to collect Invoice ( Tibco Error).Option 16- Agents Invoice Amt Collection obtains the Invoice Information from the Portal using network and Tibco, if there is network connectivity issue and other Branch Collection are not happening at the Branch , the branch may have problem collecting the Agents Invoice also. Check branch connectivity by viewing status report of other branch , in case of network issue the connectivity needs to be restored. Branch needs to enter the following correctly for Collection : INVOICE ID , MERCHANT ID , INVOICE DATE, VALIDATION ID Branch will not receive the invoice information on incorrect entry of any of the above. 8 In this case Agency Code is '0000291M' , agency code is prefixed by zeros to make them 8 characters if branch code is 3 digit and 9 characters if branch code is 4 digit. (b) INVOICE DATE : Enter the date printed on the Invoice and not the current date. (c) VALIDATION ID : Validation Id is combination of a 4 digit key with the Branch Code(3or4 characters ) as suffix. Always ensure that the Branch Code that is entered is the Branch Code collecting the Invoice. IMPORTANT : Branch should not Use option 08 - Miscellaneous Collections for the Empowered agents Invoice Amt Collection . Invoice updation will not happen if the amount is collected as normal MR Collection . Branch should never use Renenwal Premium Collection option for the Collection of cheque already accounted under ' Premium Collection by Agents'. Branch only needs to account for the Invoice as generated by the System using FEAP Cash Menu Option 16.

9 Q4: Invoice deposited at LIC's Branch / Axis Bank but shown as pending / unupdatedBranch has collected the Empowered agents Invoice Amt successfully and issued the receipt to the empowered agent but the transaction is not updated in Portal. Reason : The transactions are published to the Portal for Updation using Tibco. There may be case where the transaction needs republishing as the previous transaction would not have reached the Portal. Republish the transaction to the Portal . i) FEAP : Option T : TIBCO SERVICES ( Core Group ) : Network Services : Option 8. Reconciliation / Resent [Sub Menu ] TIBCO RECONCILIATION/RESEND MENU Option 5. Enquiry of TIBIN & TIBOUT Check if the Transaction was sent to Portal. Option 6. Selective Resend thru Tibco or Alternate Channel.
