4 Meniscus reactings and the errors they cause are eliminated. The sample material is drawn into a disposable polypropylene tip. It never enters the instrument, and as a fresh tip is used for each sample there is no possibility of cross-contamination. The disposable tips are non-wetting. This eliminates the need to rinse the tip of any residual sample, and provides the advantag~ of a rapid "to deliver" technique with the precision of a "to contain" method.
