2 BEFORE USEB efore use, follow the procedures below to ensure that all WATCH components arein proper working order:Confirm the Zero position setting:ZERO POSITION SETTINGxAll hands, except the modehand, move to the 0 positionxThe 24-hour hand issynchronized with thehour/minute handsEach hand positioned as listed below confirms the 0 position setting is correct:Hour Hand0 hourMinute Hand0 MinutesSecond Hand0 Seconds24-Hour Hand0 hourAuxiliary Hand0 minutesIf the WATCH hands are not positioned as above,follow the Zero Position Setting procedures toensure proper Pull the (M) button out to the first steppositionPush the (A) button to set the second handto the 0 second positionPush the (B) button to set the Auxiliaryfeature hand to the 0 hour positionPush the (C) button to set the hour, minuteand 24-hour hands to the 0 hour, 0 minuteposition2.

6 SETTING THE QUICK-SET ALARM (AL-1)Alarm can be set in this position (M) button in normal positionQuick-Set Alarm FunctionWhen the alarm is OFF hands displaythe current time. This feature allowsthe alarm to be easily set to thedesired time within the 23 hour 59minute maximum limit.
