With this programme, completed units are accumulated so that depending on the units achieved, a different Level award can be made to AS Level equivalent - the Certificate can be claimed when the learner has achieved two mandatory A Level equivalent - the Extended Certificate can be claimed when the learner has achieved four units, two of which are mandatory and one optional. One and a half A Level equivalent - the Foundation diploma can be claimed when the learner has achieved six units, four of which are A Level equivalents - the diploma can be claimed when the learner has achieved eight units, six of which are mandatory.
