I AGREE in consideration for my participation in this Competition ( SPRINGTIME open ) to the following: I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the Competition with my HORSE , as a Rider, Driver, Handler, Lessee, Owner, Agent, Coach Trainer, or as Parent or Guardian of a Junior Exhibitor.
4 I am fully aware and acknowledge that HORSE sports and the Competition involve inherent dangerous risks of accident, loss, and serious bodily injury including broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering, or death ( Harm ). I AGREE to release Washington State Horsemen and the Competition from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any Harm to me or my HORSE and for any Harm caused by me or my HORSE to others, even if the Harm resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligence of Washington State Horsemen or the Competition. I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of Harm to me or my HORSE , including Harm resulting from the negligence of Washington State Horsemen or the Competition. I AGREE to indemnify (that is, to pay any losses, damages, or costs incurred by) Washington State Horsemen and the Competition and to hold them harmless with respect to claims for Harm to me or my HORSE , and for claims made by others for any Harm caused by me or my HORSE at the Competition.
5 I have read the Washington State Horsemen Rules about protective equipment, and I understand that I am entitled to wear protective equipment without penalty, and I acknowledge that Washington State Horsemen strongly encourages me to do so while WARNING that protective equipment cannot guard against all injuries. If I am a Parent or Guardian of a Junior Exhibitor, I consent to the Child s participation and AGREE to all of the above provisions and AGREE to assume all of the obligations of this Release on the Child s behalf. I AGREE that Washington State Horsemen and Competition as used above includes all of their Officials, Officers, Directors, Employees, Agents, Personnel, Volunteers, and affiliated organizations. The construction or application of WSH Rules is governed by the laws of the State of Washington (RCW ).

Exhibitor Numbers are assigned to single HORSE & Rider combinations and may not be shared; this applies to WSH Permanent Numbers as well.
7 Entries not postmarked by ENTRY Closing Date and pre-entered in at least one class must pay the Post ENTRY Fee. This fee is waived for Leadline, Walk/Whoa, and Walk/Trot 10/Under Exhibitors. All applicable fees (Class ENTRY , Post ENTRY , Office, Haul-In or Stall, Camp or RV, WSH Non-Member) are due and payable with your e ntry. open Checks cannot be used to enter the Show. Please circle only the Classes you are submitting payment for. Please pay only one Stall and/or Tackroom, Dry Camp or RV Hook-Up per ENTRY Form; do not split fees or pay another Exhibitor s fees on your ENTRY . Signatures of all Owners/Agents, Drivers/Handlers/Riders, Coaches/Managers/Trainers, and Parents/Guardians of Jr. Exhibitors are mandatory! Exhibitor Numbers will not be released until all parties have signed.
8 Please include a photocopy of your current Washington State Horsemen Membership Card. A photocopy of your current ABRA, AMHA, APHA, ApHC, AQHA, PtHA, NRHA, USEF, WSH Amateur, Non-Pro, Novice Youth or Youth 18 Yrs. & Under Card, or a completed application for a WSH Amateur Card with fee paid, is required to enter any Amateur designated class and must be on file in the Show Office before you can be entered in the class. Presenting your original Amateur/Non-Pro Card for review is no longer accepted. A photocopy of your HORSE s registration papers is required to enter any Breed class and must be on file in the Show Office before you can be entered in the class. Presenting original registration papers for review is no longer accepted. Horses with multiple Breed registrations entering any All Other Breeds class as a second Breed must have photocopies of all registration papers on file before you can be entered in the class.
9 Due to insurance liability issues, Exhibitors may not be on the grounds before Noon Friday. Only Horses entered in the Show are permitted on the show grounds at any time.
