2 48 Summary of steps for counselling the child who wants to come to Christ493 IntroductionThe Book of Joshua is not simply the record of some historical events that took place when the Jewsentered the promised land. This book unfolds more of God s revelation of Himself to the Hebrewnation. It tells how God dealt with His people at this important point in their One who worked in such a wonderful way on behalf of His people 3,400 years ago, is able to save,keep, guide and empower boys and girls today.
