1.2 The Board ofTrustees reserves its right under the State Collective Bargaining Statute, Section 5-270 to exclude additional positions which are or which may become managerial during the life ofthis contract. Such exclusions shall be made in accordance with the process delineated in the Memorandum of Agreement regarding management exclusions.
