uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband. • Please check into warm-up no less than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled warm-up time. • Each team will receive the following warm-up times. o 8 mins – 18’ x 42 Foam Floor o 8 mins – 12’ x 60’ Spring Tumble Strip o 4 mins – 42’ x 54’ Spring Floor (with audio)
