If the concrete substrate is too uneven to provide a uniform film thickness of the ARDEX MC RAPID (typically CSP #6 or higher), the substrate can be pre-smoothed using ARDEX K 301TM Self-Leveling Exterior Concrete Topping, ARDEX MRPTM Moisture Resistant Patch or ARDEX K 60TM ARDITEX in certain situations.
