The IDD Waiver (IDDW) Program is West Virginia’s home and community-based services program for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. It is administered by BMS pursuant to a Medicaid waiver option approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency responsible for the IDDW Program.
