The AD22151 is a linear magnetic field sensor whose output voltage is proportional to a magnetic field applied perpendicularly to the package top surface (see Figure 3.9). The AD22151 combines integrated bulk Hall cell technology and conditioning circuitry to minimize temperature related drifts associated with silicon Hall cell characteristics.
