adegenet.r-forge.r-project.orggenetic data. Originally developped for multiallelic, codominant markers such as microsatellites, adegenet now also handles dominant markers, allows for any ploidy in the data, handles SNPs and sequence data, and implements a memory-e cient storage for genome-wide SNP data. This tutorial provides an overview of adegenet’s basic functionalities.
