THIS IS THE LIMIT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS. Attention Kismet Homeowners/Renters The Saltaire parking facility is owned by the Village of Saltaire. Fire island Terminal has a contract to manage the lot. ONLY Saltaire residents with the proper permits are guaranteed to park there. Any ad-ditional parking will then be offered on a first come/first served basis. Living, renting or working in Kismet does not entitle you to a parking space in the Saltaire lot. Additional spaces will be made available only at the discretion of Terminal employees.

All parking at Fire Island Terminal is for the exclusive use of Fire Island Ferries, Inc. patrons Approval for a season parking license will guarantee you access to a Fire Island Terminal, Inc. parking field not a specific parking spot. From time to time, Valet parking may be necessary and you may be required to leave your keys with the attendant to park your vehicle. All vehicles must be parked where directed by our parking attendants. parking locations are allocated at the discretion of Fire Island Terminal, Inc. and our parking attendants. Season parking licenses are not transferable and apply only to the vehicle described on this application. The sticker and card are valid only to the registered vehicle and no other.

5 A replacement sticker will be issued for a new vehicle registered in the name of the original holder only upon return of the old sticker, and payment of a $ fee. If you sell your car, be sure to remove it. Violations of any of the above conditions will result in a revocation of season parking license privileges without any liability on the part of Fire Island Terminal, Inc. Vehicles without season parking license stickers and cards will be charged for at the full rates in effect and no refunds will be made. The attendants do not check or verify ownership against the season parking sticker upon departure from the lot. Gates will be locked fifteen minutes after the arrival of the last scheduled ferry Monday through Friday in May and September and every day October through April.

6 This license permits the holder to park the above vehicle in this area at holders' risk. The issuer does not and shall not be required to provide and maintain security personnel or watchmen on or about the area. This parking lot is open and accessible to the public and access is not limited to operator and licensees.
