2 We hereby declare that we have a valid and subsisting Food Business Operatorregistration/license issued by the FSSAI for all types of Food Products which we sell orintend to sell in future on , a copy of which has been provided to Amazon; we hereby undertake to display our FSSAI Registration/License No. on other mandatory information as provided and required under Food Laws; we hereby agree and acknowledge that it is our sole responsibility to display (a) ahigh definition image of the principal display panel providing requisite information as perprovisions of Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations 2011excluding best-before or use-by date, date of manufacturing/packaging, batch code/lotnumber and MRP; and (b) all mandatory food packaging and labelling informationprovided on the label of the food delivered to the we hereby declare that; misleading information pertaining to seller/brand owner/manufacturers ormisleading images of food products are made available or displayed on.
3 Information provided is accurate, clear, unambiguous and is not misleading inany manner including but not limited to any claims made in customer testimonialsor blogs hosted on our seller website or social media page;Page 2 of 2 claims made are in accordance with the Food Laws; health claims or false claims are made on the products being displayed for sale; Food Products under organic food category are in compliance with Food Safetyand Standards (Organic Foods) Regulation, 2017; of the listed Food Products are banned or recalled for reasons including butnot limited to:(a)prohibited from sale in India, both online and offline;(b)recalled from the market, in a voluntary or mandatory manner;(c)inadequate product labeling and safety warnings; and(d)do not meet mandatory food safety we hereby declare and affirm that in the event there are any contravention of FoodLaws in relation to the Food Products or their sale, we will be solely responsible for suchcontravention, provide all necessary support and cooperation to FSSAI for anyinvestigation and agree to be subject to all necessary action to be taken by FSSAI in hereby solemnly affirm that the above statements and declaration are true to the best of ourknowledge and belief and if at any subsequent date any of the said declarations are found to befalse or incorrect, we shall be liable to civil as well as criminal prosecution as may be stipulatedunder applicable understand and agree that the above undertaking is binding on us and such persons who areresponsible for the acts done by the entity/company/firm from time to : Place.
