2 Plenary sessions and more than 60 conference workshop presentations will demonstrate methods and strategies for improving safety, as well as promoting Justice and healing for crime victims, through cooperation and collaboration among Tribal, Federal, State and private agencies in American Indian and Alaska Native communities. This conference is being coordinated by TLPI under grant # 2017-VR-GX-K024 from the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs and Department of Justice . Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) Who Should Attend? ( ) Anyone interested in creating a network of safety, The Department of Justice 's Office for Victims of Justice , and healing for Indian country crime victims.

3 Crime (OVC) was established by the Victims of Crime Act Tribal Service Providers, including: of 1984 (VOCA) to serve as the federal government's Tribal Multi-Disciplinary Teams chief advocate for America's crime victims.
