2013 Water Crossing Design Guidelines
These guidelines apply to water crossings of all types in Washington State. They do not replace existing regulations addressing water crossings (WAC 220-110-070), but help to clarify and set them into engineering practice . In addition to these guidelines, there may be other state and federal regulations such as 401/404
