The percentageindicates respondents who answered AgreeSomewhat and Agree Strongly to the 78 state-ments, such as I would recommend workinghere to a friend, or I like the people I work withat this organization.

6 The biggest disparities were found within thecategories of leadership and planning (90 per-cent for Nonprofits on the list compared to 71percent for those not on the list) and corporateculture and communications (88 percent versus71 percent). Nonprofits on the list did not scoreless than 85 percent in any of the eight focusareas. For those that did not make the list, thehighest score was 84 were 10 key drivers identified by BCGthat were common among the 50 organizations: I feel I am valued in this organization; I have confidence in the leadership of thisorganization; I like the type of work that I do; Most days, I feel I have made progress atwork; This organization treats me like a person,not a number; I like the people I work with at this organi-zation; There is room for me to advance at this or-ganization; I can trust what this organization tells me.
