3 The Undergraduate Student Catalog is published once each year. This Catalog is comprised of information pertaining to Undergraduate students of the colleges listed above. Students are bound by the curricula published in the Catalog in effect the semester they enter the university . Students are bound by the policies in the most recently published version of the Catalog . If there is an interruption in studies of more than one calendar year from the end of the last semester enrolled, the student must abide by the NSU Undergraduate Student Catalog in effect upon return, or to requirements approved by the student s department chair.

4 Policies and requirements, including fees, are subject to change without notice at any time at the discretion of the NSU administration. NSU reserves the right to change curriculum, course structure, calendar, graduation requirements, and costs during the life of this publication. However, adequate notice of anticipated changes might be given to the student, whenever possible.
