Because of this, we are only offering extremely limited numbers of the types of birds/eggs as listed below. 2 Please note that we are only a very small breeding operation and therefore all of the above have extremely limited availability! Therefore please inquire first via email regarding availability of any of the above listed PRIOR to sending in your ORDER ! If you do not do this, your ORDER will not be accepted. Our email address is Before you place your ORDER , please be advised that Partridge and White Chanteclers are actually completely different breeds. Accordingly, in the interests of both rare breed and genetic preservation, these must not be interbred with each other. If you are planning to ORDER both types, you need to be prepared to house them separately. If you do not have the facilities to do this, please limit your ORDER to only one type or the other.

3 Please note: We do not sell ANY mature or point of lay Chanteclers. Nor do we do ship ANY chicks or birds EVER! Only eggs will be shipped. All chicks/birds must be picked up at the farm. No exceptions! Sorry, no sales of ANY eggs/chicks/birds to the US due to export issues. NOTE: The hatchability of our hatching eggs is NOT guaranteed as there are simply too many factors involved with the shipping and incubation of them, that are out of our control. 4 This is a mandatory charge for all shipped hatching eggs ordered due to time/materials involved to pack & ship. If you will be picking up your eggs in person, this does not apply. $ Shipping cost (for hatching eggs). Total Owed $ **Please note: egg hatches rarely happen exactly as planned. Sometimes we have more chicks than expected hatch, and other times we have less. We will try our best to fill your ORDER as best as we can, however sometimes this is not possible.

5 Sometimes we have more than we expected, in which case we may have additional birds available for sale at the time of pick up. But sometimes we will have less than we anticipated or hoped for. So, please be advised that you may need to accept fewer than what you have ordered. This is NOT grounds for a last minute cancellation!!! We only incubate as many eggs as we have available and feel we need to fulfill orders. This means we have custom hatched for you! In other words, you cannot cancel at the last minute even if you feel you are not getting the exact number that you ordered. We will do the very best that we can to fulfill the number that you ORDER but realize that we can t really control over this aspect. Please keep in mind that we are NOT a large scale hatchery with unlimited numbers of birds being hatched, thus if you are ordering from us, it is paramount that you agree to take what you can get.

6 If this is not satisfactory, then please do not place an ORDER with us. ^^^We will try to accommodate your preferred hatch time as much as possible, but the eggs will be incubated depending on their availability, our schedule, and to best accommodate the preference of the majority ordering. Please be sure to note if you cannot be flexible wrt to when you get them, keeping in mind that if this is the case we may not be able to accommodate your ORDER . Payment: Payment in full is required for all hatching eggs, prior to shipping! For all other chicks ordered, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the birds ordered, must be sent in with your ORDER to reserve your birds. If this deposit is not included with your ORDER , your ORDER will not be booked or reserved.

7 Note: If you do not pick up your birds as promised, your deposit will be forfeited! We are a very tiny POULTRY breeding operation and do custom hatches. If you do not pick up your chicks when promised it presents a HUGE inconvenience for us! If for some reason you wish to delay the pickup of your chicks, you must prearrange this well in advance. If we do agree to do this, please be advised that we reserve the right to charge a daily board fee of $ per day per chick for each day past the original set pick up date. Payment can be sent in the form of a check, money ORDER , or via email money transfer (the latter being the preferred method of payment). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards, and nor are we accepting Paypal payments any longer, due to the high handling charges.

8 The remainder of monies owed will be due IN CASH upon pick up of the birds here at our farm. Completion of this ORDER form is considered to be a binding contract.
