The University reserves the right, in its sole discretion and judgment, to make changes of any nature in the University ACADEMIC program, courses, schedule or calendar which would include the elimination and/or modification of programs, departments, degree o erings, as well as the rescheduling of classes, with or without extending the announced ACADEMIC term, the cancellation of scheduled classes, or other ACADEMIC activities.

4 In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (34 Part 99, as amended), Quincy University permits students access to their educational records. According to this law, parents as defined in the Internal Revenue Service code of 1954, Section 152, also are granted access to their dependent's records. Please refer to the Student Handbook for a more detailed explanation of University procedures. In addition, Section 510 of the Veterans' Education and Employment Act of 1976 (P. L. 94-502) provides that records and accounts of veterans and other students shall be available for examination by government representatives.
