This will be the only credentials meeting for the entire Alabama All-Star season. - District tournaments are established by each individual district. - Regional tournaments are established by the age specific State Director. - Area tournaments are assigned to a district by Alabama Dizzy Dean, specific host established by District Board. - State tournaments are awarded by sealed bid.
