1 2018 Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting Saturday, May 5, 2018 The 2018 Annual Meeting will be held at: centurylink Center Omaha 455 North 10th Street Downtown Omaha How To Get Your Annual Meeting Credentials You must be a Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder Shareholders are entitled to a maximum of 4 meeting credentials The 2017 Annual Report will be mailed to Shareholders of record and beneficial but not of record Shareholders beginning in mid March. Included in the mailing will be the Proxy Statement. An order form for your meeting credentials will be attached to the Proxy Statement. Fill out and return the order form to order meeting credentials. The meeting credentials are required for entry to not only the Annual meeting and other related events, but also to receive shareholder discount pricing Will Call If you do not receive your credentials by mail or forget to bring them with you, please bring proof of ownership and photo identification to the Will Call area in the lobby of the centurylink Center.

2 Any questions or problems you may have regarding the weekend and/or your meeting credentials can be handled at the Will Call area. Hours: Friday, May 6pm Saturday, May 4:00pm Please Note: Proof of ownership and photo identification are required before credentials will be issued. New: Shareholder discount pricing will be available at all Nebraska Furniture Mart locations this year (including: Dallas/Ft. Worth, Kansas City and Omaha). Proof of ownership or meeting credential is required to receive discount. Live Stream For the third year, Yahoo will webcast the May 5 meeting, going live at 8:45am.
