At only 400m above sea level on this flat and narrow glacial valley floor the peaceful town of Aigle is dwarfed by its snow-capped neighbours offering cyclists and visitors alike a truly unforgettable and diverse experience. Nearby to the west of Aigle lies the crescent like Lake Leman stretching 70km or more into shimmering infinity and hosting WORLD famous riviera towns such as Montreux, Vevey and the city of Lausanne, each of them unique in their outstanding natural beauty.

At the V lodrome: A meal package including lunch and dinner will be available at the Caf Restaurant Le V lodrome located at the WORLD CYCLING Centre. Take away option is also available. All national teams should take care of their own transportation between the airport, hotel and velodrome. Nevertheless, a full transport service is included in the accommodation package provided by CSE.
