1 2021-2022 OVGPG Seed Auction It is that time of year again, the annual OVGPG seed auction. 8:00 pm EST Saturday, March 19th First off, thanks to everyone for their support of the OVGPG; and to everyone who has donated their time and effort to the club. A SPECIAL thanks goes to all of the seed donors. Thank you to everyone who has come and supported our club through this auction in the past. Your support allows us to host two incredible seminars, the annual summer tour and picnic and provide informative newsletters and information on our website This year will be a two night auction night one will be on January 22nd and night two will be on March 19th.

2 Email Dave Rumancik with any questions at Payment methods this year will be check, money order, and YES this year we will have PayPal!!! If you chose to pay with PayPal make payments to the account. There will be NO charge for PayPal fees. It is IMPORTANT if you are using PayPal please include the following information in the comment box so that you can be matched up with your email confirmation information (DESCRIBED BELOW on page 2) as a winning #1. 3 #6. Your telephone contact number Bidding format:The format will be as follows. Many lots are offered in multiples (sets), as indicated. Each lot with more than one multiple will have the high bidder take the first lot and have the option to take as many of the additional multiples of that lot at the same price. Should the highest bidder only chose one set the second highest bidder will then be responsible for the next set at his/her bid price with the option of also taking as many of the remaining sets that are left at their bid price. Should the second highest bidder only take one set and there is a third set left, the third highest bidder is responsible for the third and final set at his/her bid price.

4 Under bids will not be accepted. All bids must be in US funds $ or greater increments per bid. If paying by check or money order please have it mailed so that payment is received before March 31st. (If funds/money has not been received by March 31st you will forfeit your lot) (Money orders are preferred; see below for check payment procedure) There will be no proxy bidding this year. ALL winning bidders need to send in a winning confirmation email to DURING or at the CONCLUSION of each auction night with the information as listed in # s 1 through 6 below. Failure to include this information may result in delays in sending you your winning seed bid.
